Hines, one of the largest real estate developers in the world,
was looking to build an office block in downtown Montréal.
Their aim was to find a single tenant for over 30% of the rental space.
Following a call for tenders, Bégin MC was selected to study
the possibilities and suggest an outreach strategy.
The strategy was successful, proving once again the effectiveness
